The study is a prospective single arm non randomized unblinded trial to determine the safety and efficacy of mri guided focal laser ablation of localized low and intermediate risk prostate cancer. Mri focal laser ablation fla or blue light laser is a novel highly experimental minimally invasive focal prostate cancer treatment that uses mri guidance to place a laser fiber through the rectum precisely into a targeted prostate cancer tumor. Available options include cryoablation focal laser ablation and high frequency ultrasound ablation.
